Management recognizes the need to work in a safe environment, prevent loss of lives to personnel, equipment as well as damage to the environment. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that set goals are achieved and that HSES is the responsibility of everyone and all employee must work as a number of a team which has been the secrete of our success. Management will provide the desire leadership and expect that line supervisor to do same. In line with its commitment, management will deploy its resources (finance) to pursue this set goals and incentives will be given to personnel that exhibit high safety standard in the course of its work. Management will also ensure that adequate training would be given to personnel of all cadre, make provision for adequate safety awareness and enlightenment programmes. The plan for safety management of our operations covers all aspects of HSE management system including community and security aspect of our operations.
